March kid stuff, part 2

Last Sunday Nicholas went missing...we couldn't find him anywhere...until Mike finally found him curled up in a big box in the living room, with his stuffed puppy. (We had made a "house" out of the box for our new toilet.) I couldn't resist taking a photo, and eventually we woke up the sleepyhead. We should have woken him up earlier, because he was up until 10:30 p.m. that evening with his second wind!

Last night the eighth graders displayed their "Reach" boards in the gym. The "Reach" project is essentially an ancestry project--they need to research a relative or ancestor, write a paper, give a speech, and create a presentation board.

In other kid news, last night Kieran put out his leprechaun trap, and this morning found a note from Lucky the Leprechaun and a $1 bill. Tonight he's set out a leprechaun trap for Nicholas...wonder how long this will go on?
